Essential oils are quite literally, everywhere! I can honestly say, my family’s wellness began to do a complete 180 when my mom brought high quality essential oils into our home. My Story

First, how did I end up here?! Taking it wayyy back for a quick minute – When I was 9 years old, both my mom and I had horrible seasonal allergies. Sneezing, itching, coughing, runny watery eyes, you name it – every spring and summer we were just miserable. We tried every medicine under the sun, but those came with not so desired side-effects. Then we began weekly shots. Being 9 years old and having to be injected every single week was terrible, and dare I say, traumatic. My mom decided that it just was not the way that we wanted to live, and was at the point where she was willing to try anything.

My mom’s sister had been using a particular brand of essential oils for a good amount of time, seeing incredible results in so many areas. We were SO not a holistic family, in any sense of the word. And to be blunt, my aunt talking about using essential oils all of the time annoyed the heck of out my mom. But we were tired of feeling like crap, so my mom waved her white flag.
